The operator
I started like many: an old computer, the desire to tinker, and the conviction that if something breaks, you learn more fixing it than buying a new one.
Today I run 13 services 24/7 across two physical servers and a public VPS on Oracle Cloud. Zero unplanned downtime in production.
I don't work alone. Three AI agents with defined roles — one coordinates, one writes code, one runs the homelab. We take technical decisions among the three of us.
